Horrible Service

I ordered a Nando's meal from Nando's Brooklyn via uber eats and made clear specifications about what I wanted. I asked so nicely only to get the driest chicken ever ! :( I don't know why they can't take instructions . The other time I called and asked for extra sauce and I got there and no extra sauce ?!?!?! I asked so nicely that time too I also work with people and I go out of my way to be nice to everyone I the service industry but Nando's Brooklyn doesn't care how do u mess up the order after I told you 10 times I need extra sauce?!?!?
