Horrible service

I am at Nandos in Lenasia South ext 9 at the drive thru making an order. The lady at the first window of contact has no smile, i cant hear her greet me and she is not assisting with upselling products i have an interest in. I have to dig her to tell me if they sell food for kids but she just nods her head.

I was not happy with the service at all. I know Nandos to be 1st class and i support it 100% but for people in the locations to behave in that manner when im spending almost R200 is just despicable. Please train your staff.
