Horrible service

Very disappointed by the service I received from your Meadowdale mall branch. On the 2nd of July I placed my order at 11:30 & they said ETA was 12:25. At 11:53 I received an sms saying my order was on the way but by 12:40 it didn't arrive & I decided to call where I was then notifies that my order was still in the shop & they were waiting for a driver to pick up. I called again at 13:23 & a lady said she would call me back which she did at 13:40 telling me that my order will arrive in 5 minutes. Which it finally did at 13:50 & it was cold & package torn at the bottom. To say i'm very disappointed by the service I received today is an understatement. I have sent messages to them on Twitter & they promised to ask the customer care to contact me but to date all I got was a reference number
