Horrible service

I rate them a 1 because 0 is not an option. I placed an order for myself and my kids at 2 and by 5 30 it didn’t arrive. I called at 5 30. By 6 30 it still didn’t arrive. And then I was told to cancel. This is the second time I have complained. Won’t order again
