Horrible service

I am so disappointed in the service I received from nandos bridge city yesterday afternoon around 5pm. So I redeem mine and my families old mutual rewards to the value of R220 and we process them via wicode then one of the R50 voucher was invalid. Mind you I had ordered a family meal. So I asked them to then process a cheaper meal since the one code was bit validating. And they could not do it. Even the manager failed. Now the issue is I requested for a cheaper meal for the ones that had already gone through and I wouldn't be able to ever use them again and they said they cannot. I left angry and humiliated. So nandos got paid wicode to the value if R200 and yet I left with no meal nor a replacement voucher. My kids were so heartbroken when I came home empty handed. I'm still hurt. thembekadladla7@gmail
