Horrible Service

I bought a 1/4 chicken meal just now . I actually sent a neighbour to buy for me as I am not feeling well. To my disappointment,the meat is white as if it boiled and the chips looks like slap chips gone wrong. They were oozing oil. I tried calling to call the branch to sort out my meal but instead I got this answering machine which I pressed and option for queries about a current order. I held on for almost 10 min without anyone answering. When I tried to call again, the answering machine just said if you want to place an order and then the phone goes dead. Tried calling about 8 to 10 times and nothing. I am so mad and ****ed off cause my money has gone to waste. In fact not only did I waste money on the stupid meal, I also wanted money on airtime trying to call. I am writing this out of frustration cause this is not the first time an order is messed up and the staff there have attitudes for days.
