Horrible Service
Have you ever!!! Nando’s Strand has the worse service in the world and the Strand community deserves better. Complaint numerous times to management about the insane long wait and they could not care! Nando’s stands for quality and prestige but none of that happening here. This is the 5th time waiting ik drive through for 45 minutes. 6 cars ahead of you and 4 behind you, you can’t go anywhere and they just say sorry. Drive through 45 minutes, people switching their cars off and staying calm!!! It’s sick sick!!! How can Nando’s brand allow this to happen to loyal customers!!! In drive through at 19:25 and out at 20:28!!!! Stop slacking Nando’s Strand!!!!!
