Horrible service

The Nandos in Atteridgeville has poor customer service. I waited about 15min to be assisted at the till. Then one couple got in and was assisted before I was assisted and yet I was in the queue for quite some time. When the irritation was written all over my face. The waiter decided to not call my order and this is not the first time this happens that my order does not get called and I would be surprised by a person that came in after me gets called. I feel like they look at you and decide to treat you badly.

I am not the first person to complain about the service in this restaurant. My mother and her colleagues also had a bad experience there. I feel like something really needs to be done. Customer service training needs to be conducted because they know nothing about this
