Horrible food and seevive

If there was a zero rating star or negative because that is exactly the Parktown in Wellington road deserves. We used MR D to order food and our rice was hard,hardly cooked. I called their number ***, about 5 times and no one answers. A call got answered finally by Thandiwe,who just cut the call. We then placed our complaint through Mr D app and a lady(forgot her na) told us she will replace the food and that will take 20 minutes. It’s 45 minutes later, no sign of our food. What was also surprising, is changed our order because the rice might come again uncooked. I ask so it is a norm that your rice is not cooked? DFD***
