Horrible food !!!!and bad service

I went to nandos glenwood on 12/4/15. I have ordered from them previously but today i was extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 quarter chicken( breast ) , chips and roll and 1 quarter chicken ( breast) with saucy rice( no tomato relish). When i arrived home 15 minutes later i was disgusted to find everything was cold, the chicken was boiled with no nandos sauce, so small in size ( ridiculous for the price) , all thigh pieces( if it can be called quarter pieces) , no salt, no butter for rolls, no skin on piece of chicken( refuse to call it a quarter), chips that were frozen( ? If was taken straight out of a fridge) and tomato relish was on rice. So im not sure of this appalling food is given to everyone at glenwood nandos or i i was the unlucky person with food they couldnt eat. Really disappointed. I recommend that nandos spend less time on advertising and more on making sure their customers are happy, cos word of mouth travels faster. I have a picture of this meal as proof cos i want to prevent other from having the same disgusting meal that i had the misfortune to receive.
