Horrible food

I went to the store and qued up as usual placed my order at 17h55 only to receive the food at 17h40 upon arrival the food was cold and the meat was under done for my kids meals my husband got a wrong order they gave him hot instead of mild we returned the meat only for the them to change the plate n put mild sauce on the meat was flaming hot the rolls ordered came 5 minutes after the order was brought and the lady who bought the food had attitude we didn't enjoy our meal after waiting for so long and being told the order is coming its coming i had to stand up from my table twice to remind them about my order the food was horrible so was the service this happened in nandos south gate the 1 next to shoprite not the 1 inside the mall
