Horrible experience

The service I received in Nando’s Thornhill in Polokwane was horrible. First I was specific that I’m eating in, my food was made take away instead which I waited for more than an hour for. When it finaly arrived on my table in a takeaway packet, the lady rudely told me to remove my food off her tray. Pls, if people don’t want to work, send them home.
