********** service at Norwood!!!

We placed an order for a delegate meeting at our company at 11:46 today the 3rd of May 2019. After numerous calls to check on the order, one of the staff members told us that the food was on its way and that the driver is 5 minutes away. We are still waiting for the food. We called the store again and we were told that the order was not logged onto the system. This is not the first time this has happened at the Norwood store. If it's not the wrong order being delivered, it's the order not being captured on the system. Please deal with this or get competent staff!
