Horizon View Nando's experience

I've just encountered one of the worst customer service experiences at Nando's in Horizon View center. From the lady I ordered my meal from, the workers seem as if they do not want to do their job. No one called our number for our order. Other customers came and went... Now I'm eating cold food and my day has been ruined.
