Highly Disappointed
<p>On the 24th of April 2017 I placed an order for delivery at 7:12pm. Order was placed by Vuyo V. 1/2 a chicken, chips, roll, salad with feta and 1 buddy coke (order 105). Firstly not only did the driver take forever to arrive but he also did not add my cooldrink to my meal. I called him immediately after I realised, he told me that the store had not added the cooldrink and that I should call them as it was their fault and not his (he was very rude). As you can imagine I was not happy with this, I called the store and they apologized but told me that they cannot get it to me the same evening and promised to have it delivered the next day. Like I mentioned I was not happy but I understood that mistakes happen and this was the case with my order. I was accepting because they apologized and promised to rectify the issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been 9 days and I have not received my cooldrink or any feedback from Nando's Montclair. I am highly disappointed with their service. I hope this is not a trend of theirs as it looks very bad from where I'm sitting. I paid for something that I did not receive. They made a mistake but failed to rectify it. I am very disappointed and something needs to be done with this terrible service.</p>
