hard and stringy chicken

I went to nandos at the leaping frog last night and I ordered 2 x breast pieces one with peri tato and one with chips mild extra basting i paid at the drive thru and proceeded to collect after which they informed me that breast portions are finished they can offer me leg portions or I can wait 7 minutes for the breasts, I opted to wait, I received my order and went home

as soon as we got home we opened the bag and commenced eating

the chicken didnt seem like it was made now as it was hard and of a stringy nature.
