I am from Cape Town and tried the Nando's brand in East London, Oxford street.Excellent customer service, informative answers when I questioned the health aspect of meals and guided accordingly. I believe a employee who places themselves in the customers shoes in what customer service is all about...such employees make excellent real time managers! I will recommend and personally frequent Nando's Oxford street in future! Satisfied customer!
