Hair in my food

Nandos Horizon give terrible service. I ordered a 1/4 chicken meal with rice, the chicken was drrryyyy.

I also ordered a fiesta fries with a 1/4 chicken.

The chicken was drrry and ontop of it the onions where burnt and I found a hair in my food.
