Hair in food and wrong order given
We went to Nando's East Rand Mall drive through and ordered Halloumi chicken burger, hot chicken livers and peri-peri crusted wings. Firstly we waited very long at the drive through. We only checked the order when we got home because we were at the drive through and didn't want to keep up the people behind us. When we checked the order we found they gave us normal peri-peri wings which were also old. The chicken livers just had a dip of hot sauce poured on to it. The halloumi burger was soggy with hair on it. We didn't return the meal because we had to drive back. We very disgusted with this and would recommend that the department of health go out to this restaurant and do an inspection. We will never buy from them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to go to them.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
