Had to wait for an hour for my order

<p>On Surtaday I called nandos klerksdorp city mall to place an order since I was still in Orkney, when I got to nandos my order was not ready had to still wait for another 40 minutes to get my order. No one was showing any signs of agency or apologetic cos from what I saw they forgot about my order as they were calling other numbers after 50 and my order was number 50. I was from eastern cape with kids we were tired that's why I called while I was still far hoping by the time I get to nandos I will just pick up and continue my journey but nope ended up sitting there for almost an hour. I was shocked as I have always bought at nandos but never had to wait so long for my order that to me showed terrible service I'm very much dissapointed.</p>
