Grassy park nando's your service levels are extremely disappointing

Nandos Grassy Park you have provided me with the worst service I have ever received! Telling a client her order will ready in 20 minutes and I ended up waiting an hour and half while we were fasting. I had a family to feed and 8 year old who had fasted the entire day who had to fast an extra hour. Your system sucks... the fact that u allow the uber guys to bombard the store and get all their orders ready above the rest of us paying customers proves a flawed system.

And what's worst when I can to ask how far your my order was the lady had the audacity to speak about and give attitude.

When I asked waitress for something to drink to break my fast she nodded and said she would bring me something but never did and she walked past me all the time not even acknowledging that she has not brought my drink.

I am extremely disappointed.
