Grass hopper in my plate

Walked into Nandos Eldorado Park @19:43 on 09 March 2024. I was assisted by Asibone, took my complete order and only after paying her colleague comes around makes it seem like a not " serious" matter, stating there is no casa pap. I over look it, then i ask for a jug of water with ice and lemon, to my surprise i overlook this too, the water is hot with very little ice. Then arrives our meals, as im about to eat there is a visitor in my plate. A grasshopper nice in the plate next to my chicken. I asked the waiter whats going on here and all she does it take the plate and leaves the table. I go back the till and there the Nandos staff was making a mock out of whats in the plate. The guy making food wants to remove the grass hopper while im standing there, my next question is "were you about to remove that and give the plate back? " And its a big joke to everyone. I asked for a refund and the nerve of Asibone who only wants to refund 1 meal.
