Good Service from customer care

On Monday 18 April 202. I went to Trade route mall Nandos to buy full chicken cut into 4. When i got home it was a mince meat, but on the slip it says cut into 4. I send an email to Nandos customer care and show them a slip and that mince. I was so happy to get a call from Thoko to apologise on behalf of Nandos. Although she told me that the manager will call but I didn't received a call but I'm happy for the quick response from customer care.
