Good Customer Service is Fundamentally Important
The food was great but the customer service received from the s Nomvelo was appalling. I was at Nandos on Sunday 18 March 2018 just after 6pm. I stood in the qeue in front of this waitress by the till and she intently ignored me until I moved to the other till. I had not done anything or said anything to her but I was disgusted by the mistreatment. She then handed me my take away as though she was doing me a favour, handing me a dirty diaper. Food is not the only thing that matters, customer service is the as crucial. I made it a point to take down her name (Nomvelo) from her nametag.
