GOING EXTRA MILE FOR A CLIENT
i am truly impressed by the service rendered by Nothemba over the phone. i placed a big order of one of the promotions you had..My call call was answered by a friendly lady , who is very patient and polite with excellent listening skills. she took my order suggesting the extras but she didnt have variety of soft drinks i wanted but she made it a point that she gets them from other stores. NANDOS YOU HAVE AN ASSET TO KEEP AND SHE IS NOTHEMBA....THANK YOU NOTHEMBA YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR. Im from customer service background and i can be handful at times but such attitude of Nothemba makes you to stop being demanding and be grateful...I will definately hire you to add to my TEAM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE...WANT BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE #ASK-NOTHEMBA
