Get your orders correct

Dear Nandos ORMONDE Thank you for the pathetic service! Without fail, every single order is wrong or has missing items and takes forever - not to mention the cold-ass food obv. Today I am particularly upset because what I had ordered is incorrect and I’ve just had it now - I specifically ordered the AVO with carmelized onion burger to just get a regular old burger. I had also ordered ANOTHER burger but it hasn't arrived and yet again I had to nag my way through customer service to get my food. DO BETTER NANDOS ORMONDE. Don’t just tell me to come collect it when the fault is with YOU!!!!!
