Frozen giblets ruins a meal and evening.
Hi there,<br> Frozen giblets ruins a meal and evening. <br> The event occurred at the nando's in the Pavilion Centre. Sandton, Gauteng.<br> <br> I usually do not post these sorts of mails and I am providing this feedback so you are aware as to why I am now hesitant to have Nando's. Maybe this will help your firm in improving quality.<br> <br> My wife and I had an informal gathering of friend and we all decided to get takeaways. Some of us opted for Nando's others for pizzas and steers. Of course a fair bit of bantering went on ahead of the meal as to which option would be the \winner\" of the day.<br> <br> Coming back home and comparing takeaways, my wife took a main giblet to share and some chicken option for each of us. The ordered giblets were still frozen in the box. The sauce was hot yet the giblets were frozen. My wife and I unfortunately both bit into these frozen giblets. We both immediately lost our appetite and ended up throwing away the ordered meal. <br> <br> Our friends, my wife and I find ourselves totally horrified by this experience. The banter in terms as to which option is best still goes on, however Nandos is no longer an option. As I am sure you can understand that we are hesitant to have Nando's again"
