Frequent bad food and bad service
This complaint comes after many times of being dissapointed in Nando's Broadacres. I have ordered at this branch only because they are the closest however I have been constantly frustrated with the quality of the food and the ignorance of trying to remedy. I have ordered their hotpot a few times for delivery and have found on a few occasions the chicken strips to be off, stale and/or hard. I have had to phone in to demand that it be replaced. Their are other times when I've ordered that the food comes warm but the most recent incident is shocking. After ordering my meal for delivery and waiting patiently, the driver pulls up and walks in only to tell me that the packet has torn and all the food has spilt out. I live 1 min away from this branch so that was a surprise because I would assume they know how to pack, how to deliver on time, and how to drive. He assures me he will come back with a new order in 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes or more, he arrives again and upon giving me the food tells me the packet has torn again! This infuriated me and I grabbed the food due to the realisation that none of the staff know what they are doing so why bother to fight anymore. The last issue I have is the food is bland compared to other branches; often I find the wings still red in the middle and the wedges taste stale. The one in lonehill is exceptionally better. Someone step in to find out what is going wrong with this franchise, or if the franchisee is disinterested just looking to make money off an established brand or if there is just no leadership/direction to motivate and lead the staff to maintain the normal excellent quality we expect from this brand. This branch will fail in the near future. My friends and I definitely now make the effort to go another branch after being dissapointed too many times.
