Last week Saturday i decided to go grab lunch at Gateway Nando's. I ordered food and a milkshake. The food arrived first and when i was halfway through with the meal i asked the other waiter who was serving another table why is my milkshake taking long to serve because i was almost done with my meal. The waiter left to investigate and later the milkshake was served by the waiter who served me the meal. As soon as he put the milkshake on the table he said he's sorry for the delay but it was not right for me to tell the other waiter that he is too slow and honestly i never said but the customer who was sitting across my table actually said my waiter is too slow. This waiter started raising his voice at me and i had to ask for a manager. The manageress on shift came to my table followed by him and i asked him to give me space with the manager because i wanted to explain to complain about the kind of attitude he is giving me. He did not want to leave the table even when his manager asked him to leave and lower his voice, he continued shouting and making threats at me. I cannot believe the kind of service i received at the branch which is situated on one of the most lavish, top malls in the country. I'll never buy from that branch again
