Found a snail inside the salad
I would like to raise a concern with Nandos South Africa I ordered food from Nandos Rivonia, Johannesburg. And to my surprise I found a live small snail inside my salad it was on the lettuce. I then took it up with Jeff whom I was informed that he’s the duty store manager for the day. I didn’t like how he addressed the matter with me over our telephonic conversation. My concern is why would I find a snail inside my salad to start with?
I took video and photos of the snail and would like the management to contact me as I don’t want to put the video on social media as it will put the name of your company in jeopardy.
