Former Nando’s supporter.
As a loyal Nando’s supporter we as a family has always enjoyed a meal at one of our favorite fast food restaurants. But after our last two experiences we have decided to give this band a skip. The first was in Kasane Botswana where we entered the restaurant only to be informed that they only have four wraps and no burger buns or pita breads. As a group of 8 we had to turn around and walk away. Leaving an empty restaurant with 10 staff hanging around with nothing to do. I don’t see this Nando’s surviving. The second was on our way back to SA, we stoped at the Lepalale Nando’s just to be told it only opens at 11:00 it was 10:45 and all the other restaurants where open already. We decided on a lovely Steers meal instead and will be supporting other brands from now on.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
