Food was ****, customer service was even worse.

Food was absolutely awful, every dish had something wrong. So I wrote a little note on the website contact form. Miraculously the issue was resolved by customer care without even contacting me. I was on the fence about Nando's food/quality and ordering again, guess what I am now?
