Food SMASHED onto the table and terrible service

Last week my friend and I decided to go to the newly renovated Nandos in Rondebosch Main Road. We ordered and everything was fine. We went to sit down and the food was brought to the tables and the lady smashed the plates down. I thought anyway lets not make a fuss. Then I wanted an extra butter and perinaisse to accompany my meal and of course there is a charge for that so i went to the front after speaking to one of the waiters to pay they cashiers didn't even acknowledge me and then when i made it clear i was waiting they said the card machine all of a sudden has stopped working. I said to them may i please take the butter and sauce and pay when I leave otherwise my food is going to get cold. They then said No you will run away. So i just went back to eat my buterless roll and asked to speak to the manager he came and said are you ok i said no and explained the problem then he left and the waitress whom smashed the food on the table came up to me when i was chewing and asked 'was i rude to you though' in a cheeky way. I said go away and then we left. A terrible experience. I thought you would have better service than McDonalds at least!!!!
