Food quality

It was my son's birthday on Saturday and I asked my wife not to cook because I will bring the nandos family meal we usually buy. I ordered telephonically and was given and order number 7529 which I stated clearly that I will collect at 18h25. I was at the Eastgate branch to collect at 18h25 and on arrival I paid with my Capitec debit card. Order was ready waiting for me. I was noticed that the food was already cold when I collect as I was busy putting sources. When I got home my wife dished up and only to find that the spinach tasted as if was uncooked and wages were hard and crispy. You couldn't chew the wages without struggle.my kids were not happy including my wife and that spoiled the event and had to give away most of our food to the dogs.

I normally order telephonically and collect at the nandos branch in Alberton with no issues. I am disappointed in the fact that I trusted nandos for my son's birthday. This is so disappointing especially having to have such quality of food freshness from such a big branch in a classic mall like Eastgate
