FOOD QUALITY
I ordered sit down meals for my wife and I. My wife had the 1/4 chicken breast and chips and I had the the strips and rice. I always buy food from this Nandos branch as they are close to my home. The chicken from my strips and rice was absolutely tuff and stringy. Being my favourite meal, I know what the chicken usually tastes like and should taste like. So I called the person in charge who, I presumed was the manager of the outlet and complained to him about the chicken. He stood so unprofessionally and debated that, that is how the chicken always is. I told him I know what it should taste like, and that it is usually soft. <br> without any remorse he just stood in front of us without any apology to an unsatisfied customer saying \there's nothing he can do about it and he cannot change the meal as I have eaten from it".I rep**** I got to taste the meal to know there's a problem with it"
