Food Poisoning

At around on 5pm on 16/02/2015 I ordered a Nandos meal for myself & partner at your Canterbury Shopping Centre store in Randburg. In about an hour I felt bloated and sick, & 2 hours later my partner felt sick. This progressed to full-fledged food poisoning with diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, fever & cramps throughout the night & next day. I took sick leave yesterday & suffered considerable pain over the last 30 hours. I only have the chicken liver's starters left but certain we can determine it's '*****ed' . You are legally obliged to serve food which is fit for human consumption under the terms of the contract between restaurant and consumer. Your failure to do so indicates that you are in breach of contract. With the current heat wave (above 30 degree weather) and load shedding, I'm certain it's a challenge to transport and store your meat manners you would like to, but this does not excuse you from ensuring all meat is safe for human consumption and disposing of any meat that you think is *****ed. I'm a regular Nandos customer & really disappointed, I cannot even imagine any compensation that could regain my favour because the severity of our suffering over the last 2 days so far.
