Food nowhere to be found

I ordered my food and paid online and the ETA was 12:30, it is now 13:20. According to the contact centre, the store is not answering. The option 2 given on their voice prompts no one answers and hangs up. Its appalling, yet I am so hungry, pity I've already paid.
