Food not cooked and Service
I have been a loyal Nandos customer since for ever , and i actual by Nandos once a week and never received bad service or quality until now.<br> <br> The key west branch was not busy so i cant understand why the below happened:<br> <br> I went in with my family (6ppl) we ordered the following:<br> <br> 2xstarters (chicken livers) tasted awesome as always but were not brought as starters but after the main course<br> 1x1/4 chick -Not fully cooked parts of the chicken was still red <br> 2x Half chicken and coleslaw-Not fully cooked parts of the chicken was still red <br> 2x Pitas-the edges of the pitas were rock hard, we asked for cheese in both but only found cheese in one<br> 1xstrips and rice- the rice was not fully cooked (still a bit hard)<br> <br> The manager approached us and we gave him our concerns and all he said was sorry next time we will make sure it doesnt happen not offering to re cook the food for us .<br> <br> We left hungry took 70% of the food as take away and recooked it at home for our pets who then had a feast.<br> <br> The price I spent was - +500 which i have kept the reciept should you need it.<br> <br> From a store that i love this is very dissapointing I even eat at Nandos stores abroad.<br> <br> ***
