Food is bad

Nando’s in Brackenfell is so disappointing. A year ago I complained about the same thing , their chicken has no sauce it taste so awful. The lady who was a manager promised that it will never happen again. Last week I went there to buy full chicken and a half chicken. I asked the cashier Noluvuyo to make sure that it’s extra sauce she told me she did and it is my responsibility to check before I leave the drive through if I am not happy and she was quite rude. I went to the collection window a guy by the name Athi gave me attitude when I asked is this extra sauce because I don’t have time to come back. His attitude was even worse. I got home chicken was so dry and the taste is disappointing. I wrote to Nando’s on Twitter up to now I haven’t heard from them. I am disappointed that we couldn’t eat that chicken I took out of it . Nando’s Brackenfell is disappointing.
