Food gone wrong, Nando's?

We had bought full chicken with 2 sides, on Monday 18h00 @ Meadow Dale Gauteng. The staff was very nice, but the food was terrible! Food was bland and tasteless, definitely wasn't worth the money. After craving nando's, I am definitely disappointed with the quality I had received. The sauce on the chicken was watery and bland, and no sachets were included in the bag.
