Food fit for my pets consumption

I have ordered food For 421 rand this is the second time

I’m disappointed I’m tired of begging for an order to be completed correctly

I have contacted customer service they get a junior manger to contact u who is unaware of how to make descion or refund bar in mind 90 percent of order is uneaten

The senior manger won’t refund of compensate for my airtime spent and want me to drop off food again and want to refund partial on food that fit for my dogs

The customer derive of this store is terrible

The Owner really need to look in to this matter
