Food always cold

I have had bad service from the restaurant in Corlett Dr. Once I ordered on the 12th of June and my food had not arrived in over an hour I had to call then when I was advised that my order was there but did not know for who it was when it arrived the food was cold. Today I ordered and again it took over an hour for me to contact them to be told that it was only then that my order was out for delivery, the driver arrived 20 minutes later as I called at 12:25 food came at past 1 and again it was cold, Please improve your service.
