Nando’s @MALL55- Worst ever service and telephone manner from so called Manager TSHEP0 , he does not listen , BUT KEEPS DEMANDING to be listened to like - he is the boss - he LACKS INCENTIVE and is downright ARROGANT and rude - I SHUDDER to think what his staff is like under him - SIMPLE POLITE REQUEST from customer that he has ZER0 Knowledge or is ******** about and LACKS INITIATIVE to Fulfil then escalated to A VERY BAD TASTE in one’s mouth about NANDO’s ! VERY DISGRACEFUL AMBASSADOR for the your brand , NANDO’s !!! He EVEN had the compunction, the sheer effrontery and. GALL to tell me to basically GO JUMP and file a complaint- CLEARLY must have a more stinking customer service senior backing him up- SHOCKED 😳 & DISGUSTED!
