Festival Mall Nandos (Kempton Park) Terrible Service

I am so disappointed with the service Nandos at Festival mall is offering. The service is so terrible, I ordered food for seat in, and I requested that my chicken should have extra sauce and not dry, however when I got my Oder chicken was very dry. The waiter never brought glasses and cutlery. We waited and waited until we decided to use our hands to eat, we however struggled to drink and decided to ask another waiter that was passing to give us cutlery, she brought steak knife and a fork and a joint knife with the fork, joint knife can’t cut chicken, so we had to share a knife. I requested for a manager, I reported the issue, she went to get glasses and that was it. No apology nothing, she just asked who was serving us, I said I don’t know. Nandos really needs to do something about this because it’s not the first time to receive such service from Festival mall Nandos. The staff is very unprofessional and needs customer service training.
