False advertizing or non-participating store
I was excited to find out about the Freedom Day special and thought I would buy 2 specials for supper. I went to the shop in Gerrit Maritz street in Pretoria North at 5pm and was told the special was finished. <br> <br> My problem is that the advert on the radio did not specify that there were a limited number of specials and according to me the Freedom Day had not ended. I felt so betrayed by this false advertising by Nandos and ended up not buying anything. There was another lady in the queue who also turned away when she heard the special was finished. How do we even know the special was ever served at that specific store?
