False Advertising and Waiting for Order

Yesterday at 15:55 I called to order a quarter meal and asked that I will collect at 16:30. When I got there their machines were not working so i had to wait for th eguy that was in front of me to be assisted. When my turn came I told th e lady that I am here for a collection for 16:30 on the online menu the price was R67 and when she punched the order it said R68. I sked her why the price was different she said that it is for the no suger drinks. I said to her that they should also mention that on the online menu cause what if i had come with R67. Okay moving along...... she asked where was my order and they said they were still making it. I was so upset as I had called 35 minutes earlier but i still had to wait. I asked for my money back cause I didn't want to wait. The manager than said to me no they are making your order please wait a minute. I said I could have drove straight here to buy instead of calling if I wanted to wait. I took my money and left as Iwas so upset and very irritated. What is the point of calling for collection when you will still made to wait for the order.
