False advertising and bad service

We did the curbside ordering at the parow branch, we arrived before our time ,10-15 mins later still nothing ,my husband then went in to find out what's happening and our order was ready .no apology or explanation as to why they did not bring our order out ..I'm disappointed in the custom as service and false promises ..we love Nando's but this disappointed me .I'm starting to lose confidence in them now. Don't promise customers a certain service if you can't deliver
