Failing to deliver my order
I placed an order at 11:29am and they promised to deliver at 12:29. it think this is unfair because nandos send you an sms of when the food will be delivered however they dont keep up to their side of the promise. Why do they have call center that assists you with your order and then the call centre places the order incorrectly. They claim that I wanted my food to be collected and yet on the call i clearly said delivery and they charged me a delivery fee and they even asked me for the address where the food will be delivered i'm not happy at all with the service and i am not going to order from the call centre ever again. <br> <br> This is really unacceptable if Nandos fails to keep to good service then why would I even bother ordering from them again.
