Good morning, I am utterly disgusted with the Nandos ad/promo on Facebook. The ad/promo states 'Get your FREE R1500 Nandos Gift Card. We're celebrating, Get your R1500 gift voucher, click here' (emphasis on the word FREE!) I clicked on the linked and shared the page as well as liked it. I was then prompted to fill in my name and e-mail address which then took me to another page , [URL Removed] , here I was asked to sms GRAB PAY 3409 to 42450. This is what really aggravated me! I was sent a reply sms 'ERROR, Transaction invalid' but R30 was deducted from my airtime!!!! I received no code or password. This is misleading and Nandos and Mobi Rewards are *****ing customers airtime!!! It is appalling for a big company to be doing this and ******** customers! I demand my R30 airtime be refund immediatly! It is a matter of principle, something I thought Nandos had!
