Extremely very bad service for Nando's Horizon view Roodepoort
Yesterday I went to Nando's Horizon view branch with my family of 4 for lunch. After placing an order we went upstairs to get a table while waiting for our food. We sat there for more than 40 minutes without any service at all until I went down to the till point to ask what was happening. I was told our order wasn't captured which I didn't understand because I had a proof of purchase with an order number. I then requested my money back & we went to a different restaurant where we got a service we wanted. This was such a bad service where no one wanted to take a responsibility & there's no way I will ever set my foot in that specific restaurant.
